Shipping Policies:

All ground shipments of accessories, lights, spoilers, fenders, hoods, etc can only be shipped to the confirmed billing address of the credit card and require a valid phone number that we will call to confirm the purchase.  All FedEx and UPS orders require delivery signature upon arrival.  International shipments may incur taxes/duties billed to the customer upon delivery depending on the country goods are shipped to.  Freight items such as body kits and oversized products can be delivered to the billing address with the added residential surcharge or to a place of business at the commercial rate.  Upon delivery photo identification must be provided and signature is required.  These measures have been implemented to avoid fraudulent purchases and to protect credit card holders. IP Addresses and internet service provider information is logged with each order. All fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Damages:

Some products may be damaged during transit.  1320 Engineering is responsible only for the shipment of your order.  Once the freight carrier accepts the package they assume all responsibility of delivery and any damage that may occur in transit.  Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person.  Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification.  Do not reject the shipment as this may result in additional freight charges that will be billed to you. You must accept the shipment and file a damaged goods claim with the carrier.  Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call the freight carrier within 24 hours to file a claim request.  1320 Engineering will assist you by supplying the freight company with any information that is needed to complete the claim process.

If you sign for your package without inspecting it and then report concealed damages the shipping carrier will reject the claim and then you will be stuck with damaged goods that cannot be returned to be restocked for resale.  Please ensure to inspect your items before you sign to avoid any after the fact problems with having the order replaced in the event of damage.  We cannot be any more clear and up front of how this policy works and want to make 100% sure our customers fully understand how to comply with these procedures.  Once you sign the delivery bill you are stating that the order was received in good condition and that you are accepting ownership of the package.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in a denial for damage claim from the shipping carrier and we have no recourse to assist in reversing their decision.

Warranty/Liability:

All products sold by 1320 Engineering are sold "as is" to the customer.1320 Engineering  does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold unless specifically noted. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. 1320 Engineering does not manufacture we sell.  For items that have a manufacturer warranty, we will act as your liaison with the manufacturer to submit a claim for warranty replacement or product returns.

1320 Engineering will submit your claim with the information and necessary supporting evidence supplied by the customer on our claim form.  Any and all complaints must be documented on the form to give you the ability to directly communicate your claim with the manufacturer.

Once your claim has been submitted to us we will send the claim to the manufacturer for review.  Claim requests take a minimum of two business days to review before we receive an initial response.  At this time we will contact you with the status of your claim.  Some claims may take an extended amount of time to complete depending on the manufacturer and reason behind the claim.  You will have access to your claim case by logging into the Help Desk with your claim ticket number and e-mail address and can request an update online or you may give us a call to request an update on the case.

The decision on any warranty claim is made by the manufacturer and 1320 Engineering has no say in the decision making process.  In the event that the manufacturer denies your warranty claim and you attempt a reversal through your bank or credit card company you will be in violation of this policy and your account will be sent to a debt collection agency and will be reported to all three major credit bureaus as a delinquent judgment.  The FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) allows for all judgments (including paid or settled judgments) to remain on a credit report for a period of seven years.

Installation of Aerodynamics:

Most aerodynamics are manufactured in fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, body panels, body kits, and aerodynamics will NOT be a direct bolt-on. All aerodynamics will require paint preparation and will NOT be ready to paint out of the box. These products will REQUIRE prepping such as, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, smoothing out gel coat blemishes or other body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the OEM bumper reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation.  We do NOT recomend customers take their vehicle to a collision repair specialist shop but to source a custom auto shop that is familiar and experienced with vehicle customization, and aftermarket aerodynamics,

All aerodynamics sold by 1320 Engineering are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. 1320 Engineering is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. 1320 Engineering will not be responsible for your own actions.

In the event that a customer experiences an extreme fitment issue they should file a warranty claim request through customer service  that we will be submit on your behalf to the manufacturer under their warranty policy.  The customer will need to complete the claim form and provide clear concise images of the product on the vehicle during dry fitting that show the problem.  In addition to the photos of the parts being dry fitted we will also need a photo of the product part number label on the inside of the actual part in question showing the manufacturer logo and any part numbers or serial numbers.  Do NOT reassemble the vehicle or modify the parts in any way until the photos are recieved through the Help Desk and we advise you if they will need any additional photos.

Do you guarantee fitment?

Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee fitment. All products we sell are manufactured to the closest OEM standards possible, but due to the fact that they are all hand made products minor difference can occur between parts. There are vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect fitment. We do however, guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered, simply return it, and we will refund you less shipping and handling.  Shipping charges are non refundable.  For customers experiencing an extreme fitment issue on an aerodynamic product please refer to the Warranty/Liability section of our terms of use on how to submit a request for manufacturer warranty review.

Backorders/Cancellations:

If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks to receive from the date of purchase. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are canceled within 3 days of purchase date.  To cancel or return an order you MUST call us at 813-973-8816 during business hours and you will be assigned a RMA number for your cancellation and a copy of the credit memo will be emailed you.  No cancellations will be processed via e-mail or voice mail. Credit Card Charge Back Policy:

All customers have the opportunity to dispute a charge on their credit card, however some charge backs are falsely represented or misleading. If a charge back is initiated and 1320 Engineering feels the action is valid, we will take full responsibility for the charge back. However if the charge back is misleading or falsely represented 1320 Engineering will dispute the claim. Your card holding bank will make the final decision on this dispute, however this does not release you from liability of monies owed if the claim is awarded in your favor. Your account will be automatically turned into a credit account. 1320 Engineering holds the legal right to properly collect on all debts to the company, this includes any charge backs that may have been awarded back to the customer but items have not been returned and or return fees have not been collected through the charge back. 1320 Engineering holds said customer financially responsible for the items or fees associated within our terms and conditions. 1320 Engineering will mail you a collection letter and you will have 30 days to clear your debt with us. If a debt has not been paid within the allotted 30 day time frame we will send a late notice to all three major credit bureau agencies reporting a 30 day late and your account will be handed over to a debt collection agency.

The effect of a negative report from a collection agency is major. Any judgment listed on a consumer's credit report drops a FICO score considerably. Further, the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) allows for all judgments (including paid or settled judgments) to remain on a credit report for a period of seven years. Thus, a credit score will be impacted for an extended period of time if a collection agency reports a bad debt.

This Terms of Use and the relationship between you and 1320 Engineering  will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida as if you signed this.
